The Manager left already so I spoke to the condo admin. I was tired after training and then this? The security guards called their hotline to ask and they said I was really booked in Casino St.
I walked to the next branch and they claimed that their branch name is Osmeña and not Casino St which was indicated on my booking.
She did not even bother checking my booking details. Coincidentally, the Manager was about to go home (probably 8PM) and when I was showing her my booking, she just told me to walk to the next branch (2 blocks away) to see if I was booked there. So I showed the guard my booking and called again the Manager. I booked/paid online but when I arrived at the hotel, the guard called the Manager (I think the name is Lhen), who happened to be the receptionist, said no booking was sent to them.
